Patient Details
This patient requested subglandular augmentation with saline implants elsewhere. She was bigger after her surgery but her shape remained droopy. She was downsized to 270CC Ideal saline implants placed in the submuscular position. She required a Breast Lift and internal support to achieve an aesthetically pleasing shape. Galaflex construct was used for support. She is seen 3 months after her surgery
