Dr. Bev and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and they genuinely care about their patients. From the moment you walk in and greeted at the front to seeing the doctor is comfortable and welcoming. They take time to discuss concerns and offer practical solutions that actually work. Coming back over and over.
I go to Alyssa for hydra facials and peels every month. She is amazing and very knowledgeable. My skin has never looked better. The entire staff there is amazing as well. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

Just had a hydra facial by Alyssa and it was incredible. it’s been three days and my skin is still glowing. The whole experience and process was so in depth it’s unlike any other facial i’ve had. After much research i decided to have my augmentation with Dr. Bev and it turned out to be a wonderful experience all around. I could not be happier with the results! I’d been using another practice for the last several years with no real evaluation or plan of care. Instead a mish mosh of procedures and products. As I sought better options for aging skin, I scheduled free consultations at Reflections, and with Dr. Bev. Reflections was short and disappointing and next I saw Dr Bev. Wow, night and day. Dr. Bev provided the most comprehensive and thorough consultation and examination of my skin. She really took her time with me, as did her staff. She asked me about my skincare goals and explained what was possible and provided a realistic care plan which Ive been following. My most recent visit was for Botox and although I’d had Botox many times in the past, Dr. Bev provided an in-depth explanation of the product, how it’s administered, how it actually works, the do’s and don’ts, what to expect and the associated risks, as if it was my first time. When it comes to my face, and the costs associated with improving my skin, I appreciate Dr. Bev’s patience, approach and expertise. I thoroughly trust Dr. Bev (and her staff) in the short time I’ve been a patient and look forward to continued improvements in my skin.

I was a patient of Dr. Friedlander in 2004 for Breast Augmentation and was extremely happy with the entire process and results. When it came time to remove my original implants and replace them, I went back. Dr. Bev and the office staff were absolutely wonderful!
