This patient was interested in prevention and requested Botox to the glabella.  Notice a very natural appearance.  She is unable to frown, preventing the ability to form the 11’s (frown lines) but she has normal forehead elevation and full ability to show normal expressions.  

A small amount of neurotoxin in the chin can smooth crinkles. The photos above were taken at rest before and after toxin. The photos below were taken at maximal contraction before and after toxin. After toxin the crinkling is better and chin is smoother.

This patient complained about the crinkly appearance of her chin at rest and in puckering. Notice how  smooth the skin is after the treatment, which required only a small amount of strategically placed neurotoxin.
