This patient was unhappy with her masculine jaw and requested jaw slimming. We treated the masseter muscle, that same muscle that causes TMJ, and after one month, are starting to see a slimmer, more feminine jaw line.

This is an example of neurotoxin to the glabella (eleven’s) and forehead. She requested no activity after the treatment.  Her upper face looks brighter, her eyes  look less tired and she is shown in maximal squint and brow elevation in the  after photos below. …

This patient was interested in prevention and requested Botox to the glabella.  Notice a very natural appearance.  She is unable to frown, preventing the ability to form the 11’s (frown lines) but she has normal forehead elevation and full ability to show normal expressions.  

A small amount of neurotoxin in the chin can smooth crinkles. Shown above at rest before and after toxin. Shown below at maximal contraction before and after toxin. After toxin the crinkling is better and chin is smoother.

This patient complained about the crinkly appearance of her chin at rest and in puckering. Notice how  smooth the skin is after the treatment, which required only a small amount of strategically placed neurotoxin.
