Here, we once again see the advantage of combo treatment.  Initially, she had a sad, deflated smile at rest. We started with a little neurotoxin aimed at the muscle( DAO)  to allow the corners of her lips to turn up naturally, followed by 1 cc of lip filler.  The improvement is a very natural, happy smile, at rest.
